does the Holy Ghost prevent himself from adding to the bible?

Jesus said that the Holy Spirit only confirms the Word of God. The Holy Spirit will never add or change the Bible.

I reply: this is SAD. to be so brainwashed and indoctrinated to believe this is to commit idolatry.

placing the authroity of the bible before the authority of the holyghost is an error.

it is the same reason for Israel and judaism rejecting their prophecied mesiah and the cause for his crucifixion.

i guess That we are both witnesses of angels and visions. but the one thing ive learned: it doesnt make everything I teach or believe to be true. Therefore i know it doesnt make everything you believe to be true. My 30 years of experience tells me that the bible is not authority by itself. even though i believed it ONLY because i was taught to believe that way.

Jesus said very clearly, the mission of the HOLY Ghost is to lead into all truth. Seeing that the bible is incomplete in knowledge and all truth, the HOLY Ghost must "add" to it in order to bring a person to the truth.

think of this also. I humbly ask, if the christians of the early church were to believe that the old testament bible is ALL that mankind ever needed, there would never be a new testament part of the bible. and i tell you, many church leaders in jesus' generation said WE have the Prophets! today christians say the exact same thing. WE have a bible.
