sleep paralysis caused by demons, fallen angels, or human drugs

i woke last night , couldn't sleep for some reason ., just lying there in my bed i got the strangest
feeling , its was like something , some kinda force was pushing me back on the bed as i tried to get
up .. i tried to shout but was unable to . its was like this for about five minutes before it left
.anybody ever have an experience like this , . please help??
