Can we ask the question what God cannot do!?

God can do ALL things except 4 which are:
#1. He cannot sin
#2 He cannot learn
#3 He cannot make you love Him
#4 He cannot change.

this statement was made by Aiedalai

are all 4 of these sayings true? God can sin if he wants but wont choose to
but it is written that Jesus Learned by the things he suffered.
do you agree with this statement and think it is absolute truth?
