there are so many possibilities,
pray to god,
forgiveness is an optimum factor no matter what.
i was molested at age 4 i was terrorized for 2 weeks. I was later again molested at age 8 and again at age ten.
I was drugged and raped at a college dorm party where my beer was drugged and i lost conscience after only a couple of sips
i woke up sometime 5 or 6 hours later and was driven home from an empty dorm room I had nighmares for 3 days
Anyway, Confrontation with the daughters father is the first act of righteousnes, bring the deeds done in darkness into the light.
the minister should react in a righteous manner, specifically bring the child to your attention and ask about the accusation.
you must have witnessess
a young child can be taught to repent and be proven to forsake this evil. if nothing works make a police report of sexual offense so that it is documented.
habitual offenders are taken out of society
repentant believers are forgiven.
but there might also be an underlying cause of her actions. such as being a victim herself. She might also be a victim of rape and sexual abuse, in fact i would say the probability is close to 100%
also council your own daughter. this world is evil beyond just a little molestation. people are killed for similar crimes.
you can ignore everything and do nothing, hoping that prayer alone will move the spirit of God and hope the other girl will repent with more maturity.
i am still plagued by dreams and the offenses of others, even though my beliefs are centered on perfect repentance.
